1What is the LymphoModellante Method?
LymphoModellante is an advanced Italian manual therapy that combines deep lymphatic drainage with precise body modeling. 2How is this different from a regular massage?
Most massage treatments work on the whole body in a single session. The LymphoModellante Method is unique worldwide — it focuses on one specific body zone per appointment. This zone-specific approach allows for much deeper, more targeted work on the lymphatic system and tissue remodeling, producing results that a general full-body massage simply cannot achieve.
3Is this method scientifically backed?
Yes. The method works with the body's natural biology. When fat is lost, fat cells (adipocytes) empty but don't disappear — they stay dormant and can refill. The only way to reduce their number long-term is through apoptosis (programmed cell death), which naturally takes years. 5Will I feel a difference after the first session?
Many clients notice immediate softening and lightness after just one session. However, the most profound changes often continue to unfold over the following days and weeks as the body rebalances and reorganizes itself. 6What areas of the body do you treat?
We offer two treatment zones — the Abdominal & Back area, and the Legs (front and back). Each is treated as a dedicated session, allowing for the deep zone-specific work that makes this method so effective.
7How long does a session last?
Each session lasts between 50 and 65 minutes, depending on the area being treated and your body's individual response.
8Do you come to my home?
Yes — we are a fully mobile service. We bring everything needed directly to your home in Dublin and the surrounding areas, so you can relax and recover in complete comfort without any travel.
9How far do you travel?
We travel up to 1 hour in one direction from Dublin city centre. For clients who wish to book 2–4 sessions on the same day and at the same location, extended distances can be accommodated.
10How do I book a session?
Simply reach out via WhatsApp or use the contact form on our website. Once your appointment is confirmed, we will send you a Consent Form via email or WhatsApp. This form must be signed and dated on every page and returned within 48 hours before your session. Without a completed consent form, we are unable to provide the service — no exceptions.
11Why is the consent form mandatory?
The consent form ensures we have all the health information needed to perform your treatment safely and effectively. It protects both you and us. It must be filled in completely, signed, and returned within 48 hours — forms with missing fields cannot be accepted.
12Are there any situations where you may decline a session?
We reserve the right to decline a session if: the consent form has not been signed and returned within 48 hours; required fields are left blank; or the travel distance exceeds 1 hour from Dublin (unless a multi-session booking is in place). We are also unable to perform the massage during moderate to heavy menstrual flow — from approximately Day 3, when bleeding is light, a panty liner (not a tampon) is required for the session to proceed.
13What payment methods do you accept?
We happily accept both cash and card payments. Cash is our preferred option.
14How many sessions do I need and how often?
For best results, we recommend 1 session every 7–10 days. We suggest starting with 3 sessions within your first month, followed by 1 maintenance session per month ongoing. Series packages of 3 to 12 sessions are available.
15How should I prepare for my appointment?
To get the most from your session: Avoid anti-inflammatory or blood-thinning medications (e.g. aspirin) for 48 hours before — unless regularly prescribed Do not exfoliate or use skin-irritating treatments in the treatment area for 48 hours before Eat only a light meal, no later than 1–1.5 hours before your session Stay well hydrated — drink at least 1 litre of water on the day of your massage Avoid intense physical activity immediately before your session
16What do I need to have ready at home?
Please have the following prepared before we arrive:

17What should I do after my session?
To support and extend your results: Drink at least 2 litres of water with lemon daily, starting immediately after your session (this helps prevent urinary inflammation and flushes released toxins) Take a gentle walk to stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow Follow a balanced diet — reduce alcohol, smoking, and processed carbs for the first 24–48 hours Avoid intense exercise for at least 24 hours after treatment For leg sessions, consider wearing light compression leggings Wear a girdle or shaping garment for 6–7 hours per day to maintain the modeling effect Be mindful of your posture throughout the day
18Is it normal to feel bloated or tender after a session?
Yes — and it's actually a positive sign. Temporary bloating, mild discomfort, or slight tenderness in treated areas is common and indicates your body has begun its natural inflammatory response — a healthy step toward eliminating accumulated waste and restoring balance. Any mild bruising on more sensitive skin is temporary and does not affect the treatment's effectiveness.
